Tax Expert / Accountant (m/f/d)

To expand our office team, we are seeking an:

Tax Expert / Accountant (m/f/d)

Location: Dorf an der Pram | Full-time or part time (25 hours or more)

These tasks await you

• Preparation and filing of periodic VAT returns

• Assistance with the preparation of tax returns (e.g., corporate income tax, domestic and foreign VAT)

• Point of contact for tax-related inquiries within the company

• Liaison with external auditors and tax advisors

• Drafting, review, and management of contracts with subcontractors and intercompany agreements

• Support during annual audits and tax audits

• Ongoing development and optimization of internal tax and financial processes

• Support for the accounting and controlling departments

What convinces us

• Commercial school qualification (HAK/HAS), vocational training, or university studies in tax/finance

• Professional experience in the tax sector or tax consultancy

• Precise and structured approach to work

• Good knowledge of the Austrian Value Added Tax Act (UStG)

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Knowledge of BMD software is an advantage/desirable

• Very good MS Office skills

• Strong communication skills

For this position, we offer a market-aligned annual salary based on your qualifications and professional experience, which we will determine together with you. The minimum gross monthly salary for a full-time position is € 3.458,06 (based on a 38.5-hour work week / Collective Agreement for Employees in the Electrical and Electronics Industry). Higher remuneration is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
